Ideal spot for a family getaway

The staff were just incredible went out of their way to help us especially when we needed extra towels for the kids and we enjoyed a lovely family dinner together at the bar area where the food was just gorgeous and the kids ate like kings

Spent two nights at the Ramada for a work conference. The grounds looked lovely and peaceful. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot. the eggs were perfectly cooked. My room had a beautiful water view, which was a nice touch. the layout of the hotel felt confusing. Navigating through hallways and stairs was a hassle. my room felt older compared to others I saw. The bathroom could've been cleaner. there were long hairs left behind. The noise from footsteps in the ceiling woke me up earlier than expected on one morning. Staff were alright, but I expected a little more warmth, especially when asking for directions. All in all, had some strong points and some areas needing attention.

Staying at the Ramada Birmingham/Sutton Coldfield was a delightful escape. The grounds are beautiful, with lush greenery perfect for nature walks. My room had such a cozy nook with an armchair ideal for curling up with a book, and the staff were genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Delighted by the friendly staff and their impeccable service! The modernized bathroom felt like a refreshing retreat. I highly recommend the fish 'n chips from the à la carte menu. it rivaled my favorite local spot. Enjoy a peaceful evening with plenty of parking available!

The WiFi was consistently poor, causing significant inconvenience during my stay. Television options were limited to four channels, all with poor reception, making it difficult to relax in the room. There were also issues with the shower leaking and the radiator being excessively noisy. the Sicilian pastries at breakfast were a delight and the staff seemed eager to help, even if the responses lacked the depth needed.

Loved the spa experiences. soaking in the jacuzzi was a highlight! Beautiful nature walks right outside were a bonus.

The Ramada's dining facilities are spot on—proper local ingredients, think juicy burgers and zesty homemade sauces. Just a stone's throw away, Walmleys Take Away serves up tasty chips that'll make your taste buds dance. Highly recommend grabbing a bite from the Indian Chef for a curry that hits different!

Now, the lounge area could do with a bit more vibe. it’s nice but lacks that cheeky Birmingham buzz to really light it up. And while the food's alright, a few more options wouldn't hurt, eh? Still, it’s a decent spot to unwind after a long day!

Great spa experience with detailed attention.

It was just a balanced option for taking strolls in Birmingham with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was cold, and I had to rely on a freestanding heater, which made it a bit challenging. Make sure to bring your own hairdryer since the one provided didn’t work.
